Welcome to a 22 day journey of self honouring, ritual and sisterhood built around a relationship with 3 very special parts of you.

The girl you used to be, the woman you are now, and the woman you are yet to become.

Join me, and an intimate group of women, on a 22 day journey of self honouring. This journey invites us to bring ritual right into our home and our daily routine. It invites us to clear the path a little, bring in a magical curiosity, and build our relationship with some fundamental aspects of ourselves.

The 22 day journey involves

  • 4 x in person ceremonies within British woodland - involving a tea ceremony, guided meditation, a space of sisterhood, sharing, and ritual. A confidential space to share your process, say whatever you need about your past, yourself right now at this point in your life and who you see yourself becoming.

  • Daily simple and reflective rituals to support your journey and weave into your home.

  • A simple ritual pack, including a copy of Lynette Allen’s book '‘A Woman’s Blessing”

  • Group support on line

The journey was birthed by Lynette Allen - and has been held all around the world by different facilitators guiding women on a journey with their own inner wisdom. I first sat as a participant of GTW as I was crawling my way out of post-natal depression - the journey showed me a deeper connection with myself, a relationship with ritual and the importance of making time and space to honour and nurture ourselves. It is a complete joy to be holding my own version of this journey - and it’s an honour witnessing the impact it continues to have on women today.
