Holding space for rest, ritual and reflection.
I believe our world needs more courageous decisions made by rooted and supported human beings.
You will find a variety of offerings within my work - meditation spaces, woodland sacred circles, guided ritual journeys, seasonal events. These are all born from the same personal conviction that this world needs people who are connected - to themselves, to each other and to the land - and my work is here to support you in cultivating that connection.
Perhaps an antidote to modern stress and burn out is ancient space. The kind of connection that our ancestors may have held for each other in the round, gathered by the fire or in their homes.
Sometimes, what we need is a space that allows us to rest and recalibrate. There are times when we need and crave other like minded people. When clarity of thoughts, feelings and intentions feels impossible to find, we need a space to connect us to our inner whispers. And sometimes, we need to restore our nervous systems in solitude and bring more intention, connection and care into the culture of our homes.
I trust in the ripples of our own personal journeys. When we become more rooted, kind and courageous within ourselves, we create the possibility for those qualities to ripple out into our homes, our communities and the wider world.
Letβs find our way home. Together - human to human.
Hi, Iβm Rosi Withers
I am a mother, Iβm a wife, Iβm a woman. I believe that we can have a healthier and more content world if we spend more time in connection - in connection with ourselves, with others, and with the land.
I am fiercely passionate about spaces that SUPPORT each other - spaces that are confidential, encouraging and that celebrate our differences. We have different roles and skills to bring into this world, so how do we clear the noise, find compassion for ourselves and stop getting in our own way?
After navigating post-natal depression and a severe breakdown of my belief systems and identity- I went on a journey to find out what actually made me content. I have been building my wellbeing tool-kit bit by bit, learning how to use my voice and nourishing a relationship with peace. I am constantly evolving, forever learning, and making mistakes along the way.
I live in England and have a deep relationship with the land here. It is the British seasons that remind me of the seasons within myself, the birds that remind me to sing my own song, and the wind that reminds me to breathe - to let things go and move within this dance of life.
So, letβs find the whispers underneath it all - letβs hear your wild wisdom and start to pave a way forward that feels authentic, rewarding, and true to you.
